ClearPath Solutions provides EV charging access and related services. Availability may vary depending on location, equipment status, and scheduling.
Payments are required in advance unless otherwise stated. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe.
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
- Equipment is unavailable
- Payment is not completed
- Misuse of the service occurs
Users are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is compatible with available charging equipment.
We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by external factors such as weather, power outages, or technical issues.
Refunds may be issued at our discretion if a service cannot be delivered.
